Although the skin begins to process of reconstructing itself immediately after the procedure is done, it generally takes roughly 10-14 days for the external healing process. Proper aftercare is crucial to ensure proper healing, the artist should provide proper aftercare instructions once he is done tattooing.

Proper aftercare is necessary to avoid infections or scarring. It is important to avoid touching, picking or scratching the tattoo, as well as leaning against surfaces that may carry bacteria. It is necessary to avoid placing your tattoo into bodies of water, places like lakes, rivers, bath tubs carry bacteria. Only apply a minuscule amount of A&D ointment on the tattoo to avoid smothering it, the skin needs oxygen to heal. Avoid using medicated ointment such as Neosporin unless adviced by a physician, medication ointment may alter the healing result. Also, avoid exposing your tattoo to sunlight as much as possible, a sunburn can definitely interfere with the healing process of your tattoo.

Keeping the open skin clean and away from bacteria is extremely important while it is healing. It is recommended to wash the tattoo 3 times per day during the recovery time. Antibacterial liquid soap is best, avoid rubbing the tattoo with shower sponges, pat dry with a clean towel when drying. Apply a minuscule amount of A&D ointment or Aquaphor after cleaning the tattoo for the first 3-4 days, once the skin begins to peel like a sunburn you may switch to a moisturizing ointment like Lubriderm. Moisturizing your tattoo daily will help with the overall longevity of your tattoo. It is recommended to contact your artist, as well as a physician if any possible signs or infection may appear.

NO! Large bodies of water carry many different types of bacteria that may lead up to serious infections, we ask that you avoid open water until the exterior part of the tattoo has healed, typically within 10-14 days.

As we age, our skin expands and stretches causing for our tattoos to change. As we have mentioned before, different people experience different pain tolerance. Unfortunately, we arenโ€™t able to fully confirm the most painful parts of the body, but we can say that people have expressed that parts of the body with less muscle or fat such as the hands and feet tend to be a bit more painful than other areas of the body.

Yes, you are able to keep up with your healthy lifestyle even during the healing process, we just recommend that you maintain the area clean and out of the sun to avoid sabotaging the final product. Wash the area with antibacterial soap immediately after your workout and keep the area covered from the sun as much as possible.

Artist spend hours designing and stenciling tattoos for each and every client. The deposit is to secure the appointment for not only the client but the artist as well, a deposit ensures that the client will arrive at their scheduled time, the artist may design the tattoo without a risk of working without pay since the deposit covers the time spent on the design.

The most important decisions to make when deciding to get a tattoo is choosing the right artist for your tattoo. We highly recommend doing your research, ask the artist for reference images of work he/she has done that resembles the tattoo you are wanting. Make sure the artist is experienced and trained well in the industry. It is ok to spend time finding the right artist. Make sure you consult with them in person, and that they express a true understanding of the style you are going for when designing you tattoo.

Our artists are extremely detailed, they pride themselves in their work and always strive to give you the best tattoo. Our artists generally schedule sessions of 6-8 hours, depending on detail. We dedicated the needed time to ensure the best quality work.

To get a piercing without a parent consent you have to be 18 with a parent consent you can get a piercing at 14.

Those under the age of 18 must have a parent or Guardian consent, that means photo ID proof has to be presented to a piercing done.

Since every client has different pain tolerance level, it is hard to describe a pain level. Our piercers are trained professionals, skilled in minimizing pain.

To ensure proper healing, we recommend you clean the piercing 2 to 3 times per day, both front and back with a clean q-tip dipped in saline solution. Do not touch the area to avoid infection or keloids. Avoid moving the jewelry, or causing trauma due to excessive friction such as frequently touching the area or accidentally tugging on the jewelry with clothing or washcloths. We also recommend you avoid soaking the area in unhygienic bodies of water. If scar tissue begins to develop, contact your piercer for further instructions to avoid it worsening.
