What to Send With Your Request
First, choose whether you need a tattoo, piercing, consultation, or current walk-in information. For tattoos, include the style, subject, approximate size, and body placement. Also, select the FIRME COPIAS shop that is easiest to reach.
Next, add clear reference images that explain the direction. Portrait clients should send the clearest original photograph available. Lettering clients should confirm the exact spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Meanwhile, cover-up clients need a clear image of the existing tattoo and surrounding placement.
Finally, include your preferred timing and any details that affect the area, such as existing tattoos, scars, sensitivity, or previous trauma. Complete information helps the team give you a more useful answer.

What Happens After Your Request
After the form is submitted successfully, the request enters the FIRME COPIAS lead system for review. A team member may need to confirm the project details, preferred shop, artist or piercer, timing, and whether the request needs an in-person consultation.
Some smaller tattoos may work as walk-ins when an appropriate artist has time. However, portraits, realism, sleeves, complex cover-ups, large color work, detailed mandalas, and other custom projects normally require more planning.
Please wait for direct confirmation before treating the request as a scheduled appointment. If you need current same-day availability, call the shop rather than relying only on the online request.

Walk-In or Custom Appointment?
Walk-In Tattoos & Piercings
Smaller tattoos, selected lettering, available flash, simple ideas, and many piercing services may work as walk-ins when the right artist or piercer is available. Still, call ahead when you need a particular service or want to avoid an unnecessary trip.
Consultations & Appointments
Portraits, realism, sleeves, large custom pieces, detailed mandalas, complex cover-ups, and multi-session tattoos need additional planning. Therefore, the team may recommend a consultation, design time, deposit, and scheduled session.
PROFESSIONAL PIERCING REQUESTS
Booking a Piercing
Piercing availability depends on the shop, piercer, service, anatomy, age requirements, identification, and daily schedule. Therefore, call or send a request before arriving when you need a specific piercing.
Bring valid government-issued photo identification. For minors, the location may require a parent or legal guardian and additional documents. The piercer will confirm jewelry choices, placement, anatomy, price, and aftercare before beginning.
After the service, follow the piercer's written and verbal care instructions. Also, contact the shop if you have a healing question instead of changing the jewelry early.
